6. Meet other people in similar situations of addiction, recovery, betrayal or mental trauma.
I am not very gifted when it comes to conversation, my mind gets ahead of my mouth. I lose track of what in saying and what has already been said. I have found by writing my thoughts and emotions, I have a much easier time discussing them. Writing is very effective at helping me process my thoughts and emotions.
