Gratefulness 5-28-2014

I’ve learned an important part of recovery is to express gratefulness. One of the best ways of doing this is through a Gratefulness List, 3-5 items (in no specific order) each day. Here goes…

I’m Grateful For
1. Healthy relationships
2. Intelligence
3. God
4. My children
5. Humor

I’m going to TRY and do a list every day and I may or may not expound on the list. I ain’t doin’ nuthin’ to this one. I’m tired.
